5.3 Bonus Abuse

www jaya9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts if bonus benefits are misused, unusual betting patterns are detected, or promotional conditions are violated. Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is a serious violation.

6.1 Betting and Gaming

A sufficient account balance is required to participate in any game or betting category available on www jaya9. Game outcomes are determined by automated systems and cannot be changed once finalised.

If an unusual result appears in a game due to a technical error, www jaya9 reserves the right to void that result and refund the bet amount. Attempting to profit from technical errors is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds may change according to market conditions. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed do not affect the outcome of that bet. If a match is abandoned or suspended, the outcome of bets will be determined according to www jaya9's own rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on www jaya9 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating an account using false identity or information
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account

If any of the above activities are suspected, www jaya9 may suspend the account until the investigation is complete and may take necessary legal action.

8.1 Closure by Platform Decision

www jaya9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a violation of these terms and conditions is detected on that account. The account balance and status of active bets will be reviewed before closure.

8.2 Closure at Member's Own Request

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. Complete all pending withdrawals before closing the account, as recovering the balance after closure may be complicated.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, the support team must be contacted to reactivate the account and identity verification may be required.
